- Frozen fruit, my faves: Mango, peach, banana (and berries if you aren’t trying to make it bright green)
- Coconut water with pineapple juice
- Frozen ginger
- Protein Powder or Collagen powder (I used a coconut vanilla for this one)
- Freeze-dried fruit
- Chia seeds
- Sliced fruit (star fruit, dragon fruit, banana pictured)
In a blender or blender cup combine 1.5-2 cups frozen fruit, frozen ginger, 2-3 hands full of spinach, ½ a banana, and start with 1/3 cup coconut water.
Slowly add more coconut water to get to your desired texture, adding the protein or collagen powder once things are blended.
It’s a bit of trial and error if you are going for a specific thickness- but it will be delish at any texture, just not as easy to “float” your toppings if it’s thinner.
