What is My Comma?

My Comma is an organic period subscription box powered by consumer tech to help menstruators create self-care routines.

How does a My Comma subscription work? 

Once subscribed, every month we will send you a box packed with period essentials, snacks, and comfort items based on your preferences. Just select which box is best for your lifestyle. We find that The Essentials are great for folks who seek convenience and cost savings, as well as desires to create a self-care routine. The Delectables is great for someone who doesn't need period essentials but wants to discover organic snacks and comfort items for their self-care routine. The Luxe is for anyone who wants to feel taken care of during their cycle - they thrive off of premium, organic snacks and luxury comfort.

What's in my box each month?

Each month you will receive organic period care essentials based off of your flow and preferences, organic snacks based on your cravings, and carefully curated comfort items to help you create a self-care routine and establish more agency over your own body

How much does everything cost?

Subscriptions start $33.25. We have month to month, 3-month, or 12-month subscription options available, as well as one-time purchases. Shipping rates are based off of what has been ordered but shipping is included for our subscription boxes. International shipping and duties apply for purchases made from outside the United States.

How do I join?

I would like two boxes. Can I subscribe twice?

Yes, when you are going through the subscription process you can choose how many sets you want each month.

When can I expect my first shipment?

If you subscribed before the 18th of the month, your first shipment will on the month that you ordered it. If you subscribed after the 18th of the month your box will get shipped for the next month. For example, if you subscribe to My Comma by May 18th then you'll receive the May box. If you subscribe to My Comma after May 18th, then you'll receive the June box. Once your package has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.

Are the My Comma boxes only available through subscription?

No, we do offer one-time purchases, if you're not ready to commit to a subscription yet.


Can I change my email address?

Yes, you can log into your account and edit your email under "account settings."

Can I customize my shipment?

Yes, you can customize your box with add-ons or select the type of box you'd like to have; i.e. The Essentials, The Delectables, or The Luxe.

Can I have multiple box subscriptions under one account?

Yes, you can have more than one subscription on your account. This works great if you want to ship to more than one address. If you just want multiple sets of boxes, you can add-on to a single subscription.

How do I change my address?

You can update your address by logging into your account and clicking "edit" under "shipping address." Your address needs to be updated by the18th of the month to guarantee your next shipment is delivered to the updated address.

How can I reactivate my account?

You can reactivate your subscription any time by logging back into your account and clicking "reactivate" under "your subscriptions."

Help! I forgot my password.

No worries! Click "forgot your password" where you normally log in. Just enter your email address and we will send instructions to reset your password. If you need additional help, please email us at

How can I update/change my subscription?

You can easily update your subscription by logging into your account and clicking "edit" under "your subscriptions.” Please be sure to hit "confirm" on the bottom of the second page after the popup to ensure your preferences are updated. You will always receive an email confirming your changes. If you are updating your subscription AFTER the 18th of the month you will receive one more shipment. Your changes will go into effect following your next renewal. Please see the 'Cancellations' section below if you would like to cancel your subscription.

Can I return my order?

Because our boxes are seasonal, we don't offer returns. If there is a problem with your box or you are unhappy please email us at so we can get you taken care of it.

Help! Some of the items in my box arrived damaged.

Where's My Comma box?

Once your package ships you will receive an email with tracking information. It can take around 7 business days before it arrives for domestic shipments and 2-4 weeks if being shipped international.

When will my box ship?

We ship subscriptions the 18th and 21st of each month.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking info. You can also log into your account and see your tracking info there.

Can I get my monthly shipment sooner?

We send all monthly shipments at the same time each month. 

My tracking hasn't updated. What do I do?

Packages can take up to 7 business days to be delivered. It's completely normal for a package to go a few days without an update to the tracking. If it's been longer than 7 business days, please reach out to us so we can help.

My package was marked delivered, but I didn't receive it.

We see a lot of packages show up a day or two after it's been marked delivered. Please give it a few more days and if it doesn't show up, email us at so we can help.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please note that shipping outside of the United States is extra. Also, international shipping may change based on the recipient's country's regulations on sanitary products.

When will my My Comma box ship?

Our shipping window is the 18th and 21st of each month. As soon as your package ships you will receive an email within 24 hours with tracking info.

How do orders ship?

We ship through USPS for domestic and global orders.

How much is shipping each month?

Shipping is included with your subscription box. For non-subscription box orders, shipping is based on the weight of the item(s) as well as the box dimensions it ships it. Rates typically start at $7,95.


What types of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

When will I be charged?

You are charged as soon as you sign up and on the 11th of every month going forward. If you sign up after that month's cut off date (usually the 11th), your box will be shipped the following month and you will not be charged on the coming 11th.

How do I update my billing information?

You can update your payment info anytime by logging into your account, clicking "edit" under credit card, replacing your existing information, and clicking save.

Can I change my monthly billing date?

No, every renewal happens on the 11th of each month.

I received an email that you weren't able to process my payment. What do I do?

This means your payment did not go through and your subscription was unable to renew. To fix this problem you need to log into your account and update your billing information. If you continue to receive the email after your payment information is updated, please email us at so we can help.

Can I remove a saved payment method?

You can only remove your payment method after your subscription has been cancelled. If you need help removing your payment method while your subscription is active please email us at


How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription any time by logging into your account and clicking "edit" under your subscriptions. Scroll to the bottom and you select "cancel subscription." Please be sure to hit "confirm" on the bottom of the second page after the pop-up to ensure your subscription is cancelled. Please note:  You must cancel by the 10th of the month to not receive the following shipment. If you cancel AFTER the 10th you will receive one more shipment. For example, if you cancel by March 10th, you will not receive the April box. Cancel on or after March 11th and you will receive the April box but not the May box. You will always receive an email confirming your changes.

What is your cancellation policy?

For month-to-month subscriptions you must cancel by the 10th of the month to not receive the following shipment. If you cancel after the 10th you will receive one more shipment. For example, if you cancel your subscription by March 10th, you will not receive the April box. If you cancel on or after the 11th of March, then you will receive the April box but will not receive the May box.


For multiple month subscriptions, you can cancel anytime, however you will still receive the remaining boxes from your prepaid multiple month subscription and then your subscription will end. For example, if you choose a 3 month subscription at checkout and want to cancel after the 2nd month- you will still receive your 3rd prepaid box. After your 3rd final box, you will not be rebilled and your subscription will end. You can also purchase one-time gift subscriptions that do not auto-renew! Simply choose "this is a gift" option at checkout and your gift will automatically expire at the end of the prepaid period if you do not select the auto-renew option. With this option, there's no need to log onto your account to cancel! 

What is your refund policy?

We honor full refunds within 24 hours of placing your order/renewal. You must cancel your subscription within the 24 hours of the order or renewal. Then email us immediately within 24 hours of your order or renewal cancellation at and request a refund via email because we process refunds manually. After receiving an email request for the refund, it can take up to 5-10 business days for the full refund to appear back into your card.

How do I Skip a box?

Log into your account and click on the "Edit" button at the bottom of the "Your Subscription" area on the left. Click on the "Skip Next Renewal" button right under the "Edit Your Subscription" page title. You will always receive an email confirming your changes. How do I use my coupon?

You can redeem your coupon at checkout. The coupon box is located on right-hand of the page.

Help! I have two coupons but only one is working.

You can only use one coupon per order.


What is your return policy?

Because our products are seasonal and sold for a specific time period we don't offer returns. If there is an issue with your product please email us at so we can help you out.
